CHARACTER LICENSING

Character Licensing in Korea — Merchandising and Global Expansion for Character IP

Character licensing lets the owner of a character IP grant manufacturers and retailers (licensees) the right to use the character on products, in return for royalties. I-Licensing Korea is a character licensing agency that takes Korean original characters into merchandise and overseas markets.

WHAT WE DO

What we do

Licensee matching — We connect character IPs with licensees in apparel, bags, shoes, living, stationery and digital accessories.

Overseas agents — We find local agents and licensees in Japan and other markets (outbound).

Product development — We manage artwork approvals and samples based on the character style guide.

Contracts and royalties — We negotiate terms, support Korean/English contracts and handle royalty reporting.
